The francesinha
A francesinha is a sandwich in the way that a cathedral is a shed. It is bread, three kinds of meat, more bread, a layer of melted cheese, a fried egg, and a beer and tomato sauce poured over all of it, served with chips, at lunchtime, to people who then go back to work. Teo ate one on the first day and lay on the bed for an hour saying worth it at intervals.
